Thanks a bunch! I’m getting tired of lugging home heavy bags of cat litter every week and I feel like this would be a step in the right direction.
Also, have you found any “complaints” on the floor from unhappy kitties?

The transition can be strange for them, so I’d mix it with the old litter first and gradually work towards just feline pine. It’s different enough from regular litter that it can confuse some of them at first, but others will understand immediately.
I use it and have used it for about 4 years. I cover the entire litter box with it but never deep, just enough so the little pellets coat the bottom. When it turns to dust after they *** on it the amount will appear to increase.
Mine seem to have no issues with it.
I like it a lot. I like the way it smells and the way it covers up the smell of the ***. I also really like that I can flush the ****.
The little dust can get everywhere when it gets on their paws so be sure to have a mat or something for them to track it off on as they leave the litter box.
Petsmart has a generic version, I’ve used both and they seem to be completely identical.
good luck!
edit (oops, forgot this part) - For changing it - it’s been awhile since I only had two but I think what it says on the bag is pretty much right. I think it was 1 week for one cat, so changing it out twice a week would probably be right for a regular size litter box. Basically change it when all/most of the little pellets have dissolved. If you wait too long it will actually start to smell like *** so you’ll know then.

I cant tell you about how much to use but I use to be a manager at a major pet store for years. We sold a lot of it but of all the cats I have owned over the years (rescued in) it doesnt seem as natural for them to stratch in. Its suppose to help cut back odors but I cant tell the real difference. There are other good brands out there without having to pay top dollar for them. Pine does asorb but it will also grow bacteria if not changed regularly.

The only time my cat ever pooped outside her litter box was as a kitten and I’d left her home alone just for a couple hours, but she was a kitten and wasn’t use to being home alone. But that was the only time. :]
